The short version: Signal Twelve collects only what we need to give you a useful experience. We don’t sell your data. We don’t track you across the internet. We share data only with the AI providers and infrastructure vendors we use to power our reports and recommendations. You can delete your account and your data any time, directly inside the app or by emailing us.
Signal Twelve is a workflow-friction consulting and AI tool service operated by Signal Twelve LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. We run a website at signaltwelve.ai and a mobile app called Signal Twelve in the Apple App Store. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it across both products.

We share only with the service providers we use to operate Signal Twelve. They process data on our behalf and are bound by contract not to use it for other purposes.

We also disclose information if required by law (court order, subpoena, regulatory request). We do not voluntarily share data with law enforcement absent legal process.
Your account and content are stored in the United States. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic) operate from U.S. data centers. By using Signal Twelve, you consent to your data being processed in the United States.

Legal basis for processing: We process your data based on (i) your consent when you sign up and use the service, (ii) the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you signed up for), and (iii) our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” right is satisfied by default for all our users.

You have rights substantially similar to the CCPA rights above (access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data). To exercise them, email privacy@signaltwelve.ai.
Signal Twelve is intended for adults using it in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard practices: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security in our database so users can only access their own data, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfect; if you ever notice anything that looks like a security issue, please email security@signaltwelve.ai.
Signal Twelve Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription on the Apple App Store. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. After conversion, the subscription auto-renews at the same price each period until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from inside the app (Settings → Subscription → Manage in App Store) or directly through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. We do not process or store your payment details — Apple handles all billing.
Under the EU Digital Services Act, Signal Twelve LLC is a “trader” for purposes of distributing the Signal Twelve mobile app on the App Store in the European Union. If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects how we treat your data, we will email you and post a notice in the app before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
